Learn how to create simple foods for your family and basic BBQ techniques that you can use to compete in a BBQ competition. For rib & brisket, you will learn the basic BBQ techniques of how to trim, season and cook the meats on a pellet grill. We will be sampling all day and having a nice lunch at the end of the class. Any cooking questions are welcome!!

After your email is received with your information above, you will receive a confirmation notice on your enrollment. One final reminder will be emailed two weeks prior to the class.
