Kryptonite School of BBQ

Learn how to create simple foods for your family and basic BBQ techniques that you can use to compete in a BBQ competition. For rib & brisket, you will learn the basic BBQ techniques of how to trim, season and cook the meats on a pellet grill. We will be sampling all day and having a nice lunch at the end of the class.  Any cooking questions are welcome!! 

We are limited on space for the classes. Please complete the class the enrollment form and mailed/emailed to: eventsbyemmeline@gmail.com . After your email is received with your information above, you will receive a confirmation notice on your enrollment. One final reminder will be emailed two weeks prior to the class. Please use the class form at the bottom of the web page. One form per adult / kid.

• Cost per adult includes sampling and lunch is $75. Kids (age 12-17) include sampling and lunch is $50 with paid adult, limit 2 kids per paid adult.
•  All class fees must be paid by August 4, 2018 to keep your class spot. 
•  If you cancel your enrollment before August 4, 2018, your class fee will be refunded. 
•  If you cancel your enrollment after August 4, 2018 OR if you do NOT show up to class, your class fee will NOT be refunded.

     Credit Card - Will be processed through “Square Invoices”.

          ** The credit card processing fee is an additional $5 non-refundable.
